Waterman Irrigation Controller

Stop spending more than you need on park maintenance!

Ever wondered what It would be like to be able to monitor all your parks without the need to actually have somebody drive there?

I am sure you have, but until now that has always been an expensive proposition; the biggest obstacle being the radio communication infrastructure which meant that you needed a lot of parks connected to make it viable.

The Waterman Irrigation System however uses mobile phone technology which means that you can start with a single park and expand your system over time.

With the Waterman controller you don't just buy an extremely user friendly controller (no manuals needed ever) with instantaneous connection to computers but you will also get immediate connection to mobile phones. The park can even ring out after a fault, leaving a text message on your mobile or better still, somebody else's mobile. Think of the possibilities this gives you to involve contractors while not having to be in the loop when a fault occurs.

And a single installation will pay for itself in 9 months and that is not even allowing for the convenience of mobile phone remote control.

Waterman Central

Waterman Central is the software package bundled with your Waterman Controller. It's user friendly, and extremely simple to use. Manuals can be found on our documentation page!

The centralised supervisory control system allows a remote operator to perform all of the operator accessible functions that are available at the local controller. In addition the system can perform several advanced management operations such as the generation of monthly reports, automatic alarm printouts, and database management of the irrigation system.

The Computerised Supervisory System provides the following features:

  • Select the park/reserve of interest from a list of parks, allowing the operator to access the irrigation program settings, management information, current status, alarm listings and statistical information for that particular site.

  • Print user-configurable logs and reports.

  • Automatically print and save sorted alarm listings each morning.

  • Automatically print and save Management and Workshop reports at the end of each month.

  • Allow only those operators with the correct password to access the information in the system.

  • Exchange data with standard Microsoft software packages, such as MS Excel, MS Word and MS Access, allowing the operator to create his/her own reports.
